Job Summary:

The Sr. Maintenance Engineer oversees complex maintenance operations, leads maintenance teams, and ensures optimal equipment performance. This role is responsible for developing maintenance strategies, minimizing downtime, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and strategies to ensure equipment reliability and long-term sustainability.
  • Diagnose equipment failures and oversee repairs and preventive maintenance to minimize breakdowns.
  • Ensure compliance with maintenance standards, safety protocols, and regulations.
  • Collaborate with production and other departments to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Lead and manage maintenance projects to enhance system performance.
  • Analyze system performance and recommend improvements.
  • Mentor and guide Maintenance Engineers and Technicians to strengthen team capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in maintenance engineering, with 2-3 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving.

Project management and execution. Leadership and team development. Proficiency in CAD tools for technical analysis. Data analysis for performance optimization.
