Job Specifications / Job Description:

The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting day-to-day human resources operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws, and providing assistance across all HR functions including employee relations, and CompenBen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding).
  • Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy of HR databases and HRIS.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including payroll coordination.
  • Handle employee relations concerns and provide guidance on company policies.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and disciplinary actions.
  • Assist in organizing training and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE compliance, etc.).
  • Prepare HR reports, memos, and communications as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments for HR-related requirements.
  • Participate in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of HR experience in a generalist or similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HRIS or HR software systems.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Working Schedule:

Monday to Friday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php27,000.00 per month
