As a Linux Team Lead, you will be part of the team who will be responsible for the management and administration, engineering and architecture of our Linux/Unix Core Systems Infrastructure, Storage, and Virtualization Infrastructure. Leadership Experience (Leading, Mentoring, Performance Management, Staff Engagement, Staff Development, etc.)Subject Matter Expertise on Linux Systems Engineering and Administration, particularly Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)Experience in Systems automation, virtualization, deployment, and implementation. Experience in Systems Design, Architecture and EngineeringEnsure Systems Availability, Capacity, and Performance Management.

This involves using Infrastructure Monitoring using tools (Splunk, SCOM, etc.)Stakeholder Management Experience, partnering with business stakeholders to deliver high quality service to our customers

Establish and ensure partnership with Application teams to ensure high quality product is developed and released into productionITIL Experience; Service Level Management, Incident Handling and Resolution, and up to Problem Management, Change Management, Service TransitionSecurity, Compliance and Risk Management of the Infrastructure and the teams operations

Support and Enable Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Capability of the Infrastructure (Server, Storage, and Virtualization)Continuous Improvement and Innovation of Infrastructure and OperationsCore Skills:Leadership: Can effectively Lead, Manage, and Motivate Team members

On) operations, support and implement Projects as well as work on Security related initiatives. Beyond 90 days – Effectively perform the function and work independently and lead the team, as well as be involved in the design, engineering, and architecture of the Infrastructure. Help work on Service Improvements and Innovation, including introduction of his/her own initiatives.
