What You'll Do:

  • Oversee and manage daily operations of the Finance and Accounting Department.
  • Develop efficient systems for tracking and analyzing financial data.
  • Conduct financial audits to ensure accuracy and reliability of transactions.
  • Perform in-depth financial analysis of monthly business performance and highlight opportunities or risks to leadership.
  • Provide guidance on variances from business strategies to drive growth and improvement.
  • Maintain financial security by implementing robust internal controls.
  • Enhance financial infrastructure to strengthen organizational capabilities.

What We're Looking For:

  • A degree in Accountancy or Financial Management or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior managerial role in finance, preferably in retail or related industries.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tech-savvy mindset.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead and collaborate effectively.
  • A team player who can think logically and strategically under pressure.
