Chief Finance Head

Job Summary

The Chief Finance Head is responsible for overseeing the company's overall financial health, driving strategic financial planning, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting sustainable business growth. This role leads the Finance & Accounting Department and collaborates closely with top management to guide financial decisions and optimize organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
  • Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk controls
  • Oversee financial reporting, cost analysis, and performance metrics
  • Ensure timely compliance with tax laws, audits, and regulatory requirements
  • Supervise accounting functions, including AR/AP, payroll, and book closing
  • Review contracts, pricing models, and procurement financials
  • Guide capital expenditure decisions and asset management
  • Establish internal controls and strengthen finance policies
  • Provide financial insights for executive decision-making
  • Lead and mentor the finance team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA (Certified Public Accountant) preferred
  • Minimum 8–10 years finance experience; at least 5 years in leadership role
  • Strong background in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
  • Comprehensive knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws & audit compliance
  • Advanced analytical and strategic decision-making skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in automotive / machinery / industrial distribution industry is a plus
  • ERP and financial management system proficiency
  • Strong business acumen & problem-solving ability
