We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Medical Virtual Assistant to support clinical documentation and administrative workflows for a healthcare team. If you have a strong background in patient coordination, call handling, and medical billing and you're Excel-savvy, we'd love to hear from you

What we are looking for:

  • Coordinate patient care and follow-up schedules with accuracy and empathy
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls (IB/OB) professionally
  • Assist with billing tasks, including claims processing and payment tracking
  • Prepare reports and manage data using Excel and other tools
  • Support day-to-day administrative operations and ensure compliance with healthcare protocols
  • Experience in medical call handling, billing, and patient care coordination
  • Proficient in Excel and reporting tools
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid setup
  • Familiarity with HIPAA or local data privacy regulations is a plus
  • Must be willing to work on a hybrid setup; 2x a week (Onsite reporting required for the first 30 days of training)
  • Amenable to work during night shifts
