JOB SUMMARY

The Branch Manager works closely with the Regional Branch Manager to drive branch performance, increase the client base, and grow revenues. This role leads and motivates the assigned sales team to consistently meet or exceed financial and operational targets through effective sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and customer engagement efforts.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and oversee the sales team to ensure achievement of financial, operational, and sales targets aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with upper management to develop and implement strategic project plans and establish measurable benchmarks for performance.
  • Analyze sales trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to recommend and execute strategies that drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients to expand Nabati's business opportunities within the Philippines.
  • Conduct client meetings to discuss product offerings, pricing, delivery timelines, and address business-related concerns.
  • Work with the Regional Branch Manager and Human Capital team to attract, recruit, and retain top-performing sales professionals.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and fulfill customer demands efficiently.
  • Evaluate and track sales team performance, ensuring compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Address and resolve performance issues and client complaints, implementing corrective actions to improve team effectiveness.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Sales, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of overall work experience.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a sales leadership or branch management role.

  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Ability to work onsite and adapt to a shifting schedule
