Core Focus:

Financial strategy, cost control, project cash flows, and compliance for land development, subdivision sales, and perpetual-care funds (for memorial parks).

Key Responsibilities:

·      Manage cash flow forecasting, project budgets, and cost tracking per development phase.

·      Oversee funding sources, bank financing, and loan covenant compliance.

·      Handle financial modeling for new projects and land acquisitions.

·      Lead BIR compliance, LGU-related tax payments, and financial statement preparation.

·      Coordinate with project engineers, sales teams, and accounting staff for budget alignment.

·      Supervise trust fund management (especially for memorial park perpetual-care funds).

·      Prepare monthly management reports for executives and investors.

·      Establish financial control systems and end-to-end process to support business operations.

·      Develop finance department structure, key result areas, and staffing to support business operations.

Qualifications:

·      CPA preferred (but not mandatory if extensive experience in real estate or memorial parks).

·      At least 5–7 years' experience in property development or construction finance.

·      Proficiency in QuickBooks / Xero / SAP B1 and Excel financial modeling.

·      Strong understanding of Philippine taxation and SEC/BIR regulations.
