QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in any with but must have relevant field sales experience in a distribution business.
  • Minimum more than 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the pet food, pet care, or FMCG industry.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and performance coaching skills.
  • Willingness to travel for store visits, client meetings, and field activities.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise Nationwide Sales Team
  • Oversee and manage daily sales activities within the assigned territory or team.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in pet stores, veterinary clinics, agricultural stores, and other potential channels.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
