AU Construction Management & Delivery Officer (Remote)

About the Role
  • You'll be the nerve center for all things construction. From unconditional finance approval through to final handover (plus 6 months post), you'll keep projects moving, milestones met, and all parties in the loop. You won't wear a hard hat—but you'll be the reason site updates are on time, payments flow correctly, and clients stay happy.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Track builds from site start to handover.
  • Coordinate with builders, inspectors, and lenders.
  • Keep HubSpot tickets clean, current, and complete.
  • Support valuation and payment processes with precision.
  • Escalate delays or defects early—before they escalate themselves.
  • Keep weekly reports humming and issues visible.
  • Help manage post-handover defect tracking.
Requirements About YOU
  • You love clean systems and accurate files as much as you love happy clients.
  • You're naturally organized—and keep others that way.
  • You're calm under pressure and know how to escalate the right things at the right time.

  • 3–5 years in construction admin, loan processing, or project coordination.
  • You've worked with builders, lenders, and client documents—and thrived.
  • You're confident with digital tools like HubSpot, ClickUp, and shared drives.
