What is your mission?

We are looking for a detail-oriented Electrical Engineer who can design, draft, and support innovative lighting control systems for commercial and industrial projects. You will create layouts, BOMs, submittals, and technical drawings while interpreting electrical plans and providing solutions to contractors and engineering teams. You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

  • Produce high-quality lighting control layouts, diagrams, and construction documents
  • Create system Bill of Materials (BOM), submittals, and project documentation
  • Read and interpret lighting and electrical floor plans and system specifications
  • Recommend solutions and alternatives based on project requirements and customer needs
  • Provide technical support for system design, product application, and control strategies
  • Explain system interactions clearly (dimming, switching, bi-level control, etc.)
  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and engineering partners for project accuracy
  • Assist in resolving design issues and ensuring compliance with design standards
  • Support documentation updates and revisions throughout the project cycle
Who are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 1–3 years of experience in lighting controls, fire alarm, HVAC controls, or related systems
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD or Revit
  • Knowledge of lighting control systems and component interactions (dimming, switching, bi-level, etc.)
  • Understanding of basic EV charging concepts and battery power storage (a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills
