Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Maintenance/Technical Associate located in Metro Cebu. The Maintenance/Technical Associate will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting and resolving issues, conducting regular maintenance checks, ensuring that all hotel equipment and facilities are in working order, and collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

  • Effective Communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • A technical diploma or related certification is preferred
