Position Summary:
Responsible for managing day-to-day frontline operations, maintaining student records, and overseeing the collection and safekeeping of school payments to ensure efficient, secure, and student-centered services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in, phone, and online inquiries related to student services.
- Oversee and implement frontline processes including admissions, enrollment, and addressing student concerns.
- Supervise the handling, safekeeping, updating, and retrieval of student records and documents, including academic and personal records.
- Maintain and regularly update the student database system, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable policies.
- Prepare and release student-related documents such as certificates, report cards, and transcripts in coordination with academic departments.
- Manage the cashiering function, including the accurate and timely collection of tuition and other school-related fees.
- Issue official receipts, maintain a daily summary of collections, and ensure proper turnover of cash and reports to the accounting office.
- Safeguard collected funds and comply with standard procedures in the handling, recording, and remittance of payments.
- Coordinate with internal departments to address student needs and resolve service issues.
- Support administrative processes during enrollment, recognition, graduation, and other school events.
- Monitor and improve service quality in frontline operations to ensure prompt, accurate, and courteous service.
- Generate reports related to student records, frontline operations, and cashiering as required by management.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Admin Officer for Operations or School Head.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php23,000.00 per month
