We are committed to hiring the best, most talented people  and empowering them to  thrive, grow meaningful careers and to find a place where they belong.  Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.   Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:Collaborate with Account Managers to support top-tier global client accountsEfficiently manage and relay client feedback to relevant stakeholdersEnsure effective two-way communication between clients and internal teamsPortfolio Coordination and Management:Oversee end-to-end coordination of real estate portfolios across multiple European countriesSupport country valuers with portfolio clarifications and address client or stakeholder queriesInitiate and maintain portfolio setup, including updating templates, compiling contact lists, and tracking property informationStakeholder Management:Serve as the primary point of contact for all portfolio team members and stakeholdersInterface with Account Managers, Global and Local Valuers, Client Leads, Sector Leads, and ModelersCoordinate stakeholder calendars, schedule meetings, and set deadline remindersProject Management:Implement and manage timelinesEnsure timely delivery from all teams and meticulously document any delaysConduct proactive follow-ups and issue timely reminders to stakeholders across EuropeData Management and Reporting:Facilitate efficient distribution and thorough review of client dataCompile and prepare consolidated value reports for client submissionGenerate and update diverse report formats, including Summary Tables, Anaplan Reports, and Valuation OverviewsCoordinate signature processes with JLL Directors and clients using Adobe SignTechnical Operations:Maintain proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and portfolio-specific tools (e.g., Argus, AVI Platform, ANAPLAN, BOX)Review and extract information from Argus EnterpriseAdminister client folders across various platforms (AVI, MS Exchange, BOX Drive)Update property information on CRM tools such as CapForce, and STREAMQuality Control and Risk Management:Assume full responsibility for the quality of work, often presented directly to senior management and clientsConduct quarterly best practice reviews to enhance portfolio managementStrategic Input and Problem Solving:Provide valuable insights to improve portfolio management processesUtilize critical thinking skills to resolve issues within tight timeframesQualifications:3+ years of experience in real estate portfolio management or similar role but not requiredStrong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAdvanced proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly ExcelExperience with real estate-specific software (e.g., Argus, ANAPLAN) preferred but not requiredStrong attention to detail and ability to work under pressureFluency in English; additional European languages are a plusLocation: Remote –Taguig, PhilippinesJob Tags:JBSIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don't meet all the requirements.  We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the tableJLL Privacy NoticeJones Lang LaSalle (JLL), together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
