Urgent Hiring: Finance Junior Admin

We're looking for a Finance Junior Admin to join our passionate, remote team helping to bring Korea's most exciting beauty brands including Beauty of Joseon, Needly, TIRTIR, and more to Southeast Asian markets.

With a team of 40+ professionals across Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines, we are growing rapidly and we want you to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in administrative and analytical support to the Finance team in various ongoing tasks and projects.
  • Create, design, and formulate Google Sheets, document and the like.
  • Update existing spreadsheets to maintain consistent and reliable calculation.
  • Performing data entry across various marketplaces, programs, and platforms.
  • Conducting data analysis to support business decisions.
  • Creating reports and dashboards to track financial and business performance.
  • Supporting ad hoc tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • A self-starter who can work independently in a remote setup.
