
Customer Service Representative

- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls, emails, or chats related to financial services.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, billing concerns, loan or credit card applications, payment processing, and dispute resolution.
- Provide accurate information regarding financial products and services.
- Verify client identity and ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or appropriate departments when needed.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction in every interaction.
- Meet performance metrics such as quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Document and update customer records in the system accurately.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a BPO or customer service role (financial account experience is an advantage).
- At least 1st yr completed in college
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Knowledge of basic financial processes such as billing, payments, credit, or banking is preferred.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet KPIs.
- Willingness to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays as required.
- Proficiency in computer applications and CRM systems.
