Position: Media Lead
Location: Taguig Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day WFH) Morning Shift
Salary: up to 150,000
Role Overview:
The Media Lead will oversee digital media planning, buying, and campaign execution for major retail clients. This role requires strategic vision, deep knowledge of digital platforms, and the ability to translate analytics into actionable strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead media planning and buying across Meta, TikTok, search, and other digital platforms.
- Develop and execute complex digital strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage campaign performance during key sales events (e.g., 10.10, 11.11, birthday sales).
- Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights for business growth.
- Collaborate with commercial, creative, and brand teams for alignment on campaigns.
- Lead alignment meetings with key stakeholders and brands to discuss strategy and performance.
- Manage seller center accounts and oversee ad operations in real time.
- Mentor and guide junior media team members.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in digital media planning, buying, and performance marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and campaign optimization.
- TikTok Ads management experience is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business strategies.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with retail or handling brands preferred
- Proven track record managing high-impact campaigns with measurable results.
