About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Teleperformance's TP McKinley West site in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimising the performance of our call centre operations. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a vibrant, collaborative environment and contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervise and manage a team of customer service representatives, ensuring high levels of productivity, efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyse team and individual performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective strategies to drive continuous enhancement
  • Provide coaching, mentoring and training to your team, helping them develop their skills and reach their full potential
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and resolve operational issues, ensuring seamless service delivery
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Identify and escalate any significant risks or concerns to senior management

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a call centre or customer service environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and lead a team
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to interpret and act on performance metrics
  • Thorough understanding of call centre operations, customer service best practices and quality assurance processes
  • Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and implementing process enhancements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and thrive under pressure
