Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in creating and implementing recruitment strategies for loan consultants.
  2. Design training and incentive programs for sales partners.
  3. Support the Trade Relations Manager in overseeing department operations.
  4. Develop and oversee the performance of Trade Relations Associates.
  5. Acquire and manage corporate partnerships.
  6. Plan and execute advertising and promotional campaigns.
  7. Liaise with stakeholders and vendors to promote company activities.
  8. Maintain relationships with corporate partners by handling queries.
  9. Perform other related tasks as required.

Job Specifications:

  • Educational Requirement: Bachelor's degree
  • Work Experience: 2-3 years in account management
