As an Accounting Staff, you will be responsible for all daily accounting tasks including preparing task documents and updating expense or files. Reviewing financial documents, reports, and statements. Check the finances of an organization and helps with budget expansions and financial advice. Duties and responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain accounting documents and reports.
  • Prepare liquidation reports for petty cash and other cash budgets.
  • Prepare and manage outgoing email regarding accounting matters.
  • Forward both hard and soft copies of petty cash liquidation with its required attachments, and other accounting reports to the main office.
  • Assist Accounting Officer as needed.
  • Organize and maintain billing statements, invoices, statements of account, and official receipts from suppliers.
  • Protect the organization's value by keeping information confidential
  • Other task that may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Education- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Management
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to read and analyze financial reports
  • Works well under pressure
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • High degree of attention to detail and multitasking

To be assigned in Labrador, Pangasinan

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month
