Invoice Staff/System Data Analyst will be assigned to our client LPS (Laguna Prime Star) Distributor of Alaska and Mondelez Products, located in Urdaneta, Pangasinan.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Physical count of stocks in the trucks.
  • Monitoring of proper documentations of assigned Audit Reports
  • Generates daily sales audit reports, document process and prepare audit findings.
  • Ensure that inventory data are kept accurate by reconciling with employee's with shortages
  • Assists and cooperates whenever an inventory is to be conducted as per instructions given.
  • Monitor tracking of resolutions on audit findings
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time
  • Complete and keep track of all audit paperwork

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Preferably Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Accountancy or any related field; Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • With background in Audit Inventory is an advantage.
  • Willing to be trained and do multi-tasking work
  • With strong Analytical Skills
  • Detail oriented and Keen to details
  • Strong MS Office skills and effective oral/written communication
  • Preferably residing near Urdaneta City, Pangasinan.
