About the Role

m360 is looking for an experienced
Quality Assurance Manager
to lead and elevate their QA practice as we they continue to scale. This role is ideal for a QA leader who can balance
hands-on testing expertise
,
API test engineering
, and
people leadership
, while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and CX teams.

You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality product delivery across the entire lifecycle — from requirements and UAT to post-deployment evaluation and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

  • Define and execute QA strategies, standards, and best practices
  • Lead and mentor QA Engineers and Analysts
  • Oversee
    manual, automation, and API testing
    across projects
  • Drive quality during
    UAT, pilots, go-live, and stabilization
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to define acceptance criteria
  • Review workflows, UI, and CX touchpoints to identify risk and friction
  • Monitor defect metrics, perform root cause analysis, and drive improvements
  • Ensure QA documentation, audit readiness, and issue escalation
  • Manage QA tools, test environments, and testing processes

Required Expertise & Tech Stack

  • Proven experience as a
    QA Manager / Test Manager
    in software development
  • Strong background in
    Manual Testing and API Test Engineering
  • REST APIs, Postman, Swagger, backend validation
  • Experience with
    test automation frameworks
    (e.g., Selenium)
  • Hands-on with tools such as
    JIRA, TestRail
    , or similar
  • Knowledge of scripting/coding (Java, Python, or similar)
  • Experience working in
    Agile/Scrum
    environments

  • Database knowledge
  • Experience with
    AWS
  • Exposure to Machine Learning or AI-related systems
