Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field (CPA or CFA certification is a plus)
  • At least 8 years of experience in financial operations, investment accounting, or related roles
  • Strong knowledge of credit and collections processes and accounts payable (AP) management
  • Proven experience in investment accounting, including recording and analyzing earnings (interest, dividends, gains/losses)
  • Familiarity withportfolio management and investment performance tracking
  • Ability to analyze return on investment (ROI) and provide actionable insights
  • Strong skills in budgeting, financial planning, and variance analysis
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or investment platforms)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Exceland data analysis tools.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the development and management of the annual budget, forecasts financial performance, and ensures compliance with budgetary policies.
  • Manages cash flow and investment activities to maintain smooth and efficient financial operations.
  • Conducts financial analysis and planning, delivers timely reports, and provides strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Assesses and proposes investment opportunities aimed at maximizing financial returns.
  • Identifies and implements cost-efficiency initiatives to optimize resource and capital allocation.
  • Evaluates financial risks and develops mitigation strategies to maintain the organization's financial health.
  • Establishes and enforces strong internal controls to safeguard assets and support long-term financial security.
  • Oversees receivables, payables, and investment portfolios to ensure operational efficiency and financial stability.
  • Leads, mentors, and develops the Finance Team to promote a high-performance culture aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with broader business objectives.
  • Supports business growth and expansion by identifying new revenue opportunities and leveraging financial technologies.
