Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the annual budget, financial forecasts, and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, receivables, payables, and investments for seamless financial operations.
  • Perform in-depth financial analysis, prepare timely reports, and provide strategic insights to Management.
  • Evaluate and recommend investment opportunities to maximize financial returns.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving strategies to optimize resource allocation.
  • Develop and enforce strong internal financial controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Lead and mentor the Finance Team, fostering a culture of high performance and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with various departments to align financial and business objectives.
  • Support business expansions by identifying new revenue streams and leveraging financial technologies.
  • Proactively assess and mitigate financial risks to ensure financial health and sustainability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • At least 8 years of extensive experience in financial management, budgeting, and corporate finance.
  • Strong background in financial planning, cost control, and profitability enhancement.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to resolve financial issues.
  • Proficient in financial software (preferably SAP), advanced Excel, and data analysis tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of ethics and professionalism, especially in handling confidential financial information.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and strategic insight.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70, Php90,000.00 per month
