Key Responsibilities:

  • Process purchase requisitions and issue Purchase Orders in line with MRP.
  • Source suppliers, obtain quotations, and monitor deliveries.
  • Resolve quality, quantity, or delivery discrepancies with suppliers.
  • Conduct supplier reviews, negotiate prices, lead times, and payment terms.
  • Develop alternate sourcing strategies and monitor supplier performance.
  • Conduct supplier audits and benchmarking to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Review supplier proposals, finalize contracts, and ensure compliance with terms.
  • Recommend billing prices and supplier continuity decisions to management.

Qualifications:

  • College degree or any 4-year course.
  • 10+ years in manufacturing procurement (Pharmaceutical, Food, or Cosmetics preferred).
  • Strong computer, communication, negotiation, and supplier management skills.
  • Knowledge of GMP, GLP, ISO 9001:2015, EHS, and QMS principles.
