Public Relations

· Develop and implement strategic PR campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

· Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and briefing materials.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets.

· Serve as a spokesperson or coordinate spokespeople for media appearances and interviews.

· Monitor media coverage and prepare regular performance reports (e.g., press clippings, PR ROI).

· Manage crisis communications in collaboration with leadership.

Social Media Management

· Develop, execute, and manage a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok).

· Create, curate, and schedule engaging multimedia content (copy, images, video, etc.).

· Monitor audience engagement and adjust strategies based on analytics and KPIs.

· Respond to followers, comments, and messages in a timely, brand-consistent voice.

· Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.

Collaboration & Brand Consistency

· Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging across channels.

· Oversee brand tone, voice, and style across public-facing communications.

· Support campaign launches and events with PR and social amplification strategies.
