You will be reporting in our newly established Integrated Shared Service entity in the Philippines.

About the Role

We're looking for a strategic and results-driven Category Lead to oversee the Corporate Procurement category across all CCEP API geographies. This role is pivotal in delivering value through robust category strategies, driving global initiatives, and enabling sustainable, competitive service delivery. You'll partner closely with key stakeholders across the business to champion procurement excellence, unlock financial benefits, and lead supplier engagement aligned with CCEP's "This is Forward" sustainability commitments.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead the development and execution of category strategies across API markets, delivering P&L savings, cash flow improvements, and long-term value
  • Act as a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment of procurement goals with business needs
  • Drive supplier engagement to support CCEP's sustainability agenda, including renewable energy sourcing and SBTI alignment
  • Optimize supplier performance through strategic sourcing, SRM programs, and contract management
  • Lead RFIs/RFPs, negotiations, and supply agreements to ensure optimal business outcomes
  • Collaborate with Finance to deliver accurate forecasting, budgeting, and cost reporting
  • Champion innovation by identifying new sourcing opportunities and enabling supplier-led service and product enhancements
  • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure supply continuity and resilience
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, internal policies, and social responsibility commitments
  • Act as a procurement advisor across CCEP, promoting best practices and commercial awareness
  • Lead and develop team members through CCEP's people management and talent development processes

About You

  • Proven experience in strategic procurement leadership, ideally within corporate services or indirect categories
  • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated success in multi-country management and delivery
  • Demonstrated success in delivering cost savings, supplier innovation, and sustainability outcomes
  • Experience in managing complex supplier relationships and leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Comfortable navigating fast-paced environments and driving continuous improvement
  • Ideally degree-qualified with relevant procurement or supply chain certifications
