Responsibilities

Financial Statements

  • Prepares the monthly financial statements of Vivant Infracore Holdings, Inc (VIHI, Parent), Vivant Hydrocore Holdings, Inc. (VHHI), and Bantayan Island Water Solutions Corporation (BIWSC) with financial analysis
  • Reports detailed monthly financial analysis and escalates financial issues to management or an identified audience
  • Collaborates with external auditors in the annual audit of financial statements of VIHI, VHHI, and BIWSS

General Accounting, Reports Preparation

  • Prepares sensitivity analysis for impact of new accounting standards, transactions or contracts
  • Reviews the capitalization and/or funding condition of the assigned entity/ies and coordinates with the business unit/s to address gaps
  • Prepares annual budgets of the assigned business unit/s
  • Coordinates with the General Ledger Accountant, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable staff to ensure that accounting transactions are properly recorded and recognized according to accounting standards and company accounting policies
  • Maintains the PPE Lapsing Schedule

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
  • At least 2 years' experience in General Accounting /Audit
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is not required but a plus
  • Knowledgeable in Philippines Financial Reporting Standard (PFRS), Philippine Taxation Laws, Accounting Policies, and SEC Rules
  • Ability to use productivity tools and IT software, e.g. SAP HANA and MS NAV, MS Office Applications especially MS Excel
