Job Title: Accounts Receivable Analysts (Email Operations)

Location: Remote – Philippines

Shift: US Time Zone

Client Industry: Fintech

About the Role

We are looking for fresh IT graduates who are eager to start their careers in a dynamic and fast-paced fintech environment. You will be part of a global support team that manages high-volume email traffic — over 10,000 messages daily — and ensures that all client and internal requests are routed promptly and accurately to the correct departments.

Over time, you will also have the opportunity to grow into cash operations and transaction-related work, gaining valuable exposure to fintech processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and organize high-volume shared inboxes, ensuring timely sorting and routing of emails to the right teams.
  • Use SharePoint and Office 365 tools to manage communication workflows and documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams across departments to ensure accurate handling of client requests.
  • Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and speed while processing sensitive financial information.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to increase team efficiency.
  • Eventually assist in cash-related operations such as reconciliation or transaction verification (training provided).

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in IT, operations, or related fields.
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams).
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Willing to work on US time zone schedules.
  • Interest in fintech and willingness to grow into operational or financial process roles.
