Chateau Bleu Resort is a European-inspired country house hotel and resort located in Calamba, Laguna, Philippines. Amidst a tropical landscape with a picturesque view of Mt. Makiling, Chateau Bleu Resort is a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of Metro Manila.

The resort with 22 well-appointed rooms and cabanas, Conference and Seminar facilities, offers a variety of amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, hot spring jacuzzi, a lush garden, and teambuilding facilities.

Position Overview

We are looking for a responsible individual to oversee the maintenance, repair, and daily operations of the resort, while also serving as a driver to transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from various job sites. This role demands versatility, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage a wide range of tasks simultaneously. The technician will ensure the property is well-maintained, safe, and operational, while also providing support with transportation and logistics when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Fix plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues around the resort.

Ensure guest rooms and public areas are in good working condition.

Perform repairs in guest rooms, including furniture, lighting, plumbing, and appliances.

Take care of landscaping and lawn care.

Maintain outdoor lighting, paths, and security systems.

Monitor and maintain pool water quality, including checking chemical levels and cleaning.

Repair pool equipment like pumps, heaters, and filters.

Regularly check resort facilities for issues and perform routine maintenance to prevent major problems.

Ensure the resort meets safety standards (e.g., fire alarms, extinguishers, emergency exits).

Keep maintenance areas clean and safe.

Quickly respond to urgent repairs, like plumbing leaks or electrical failures, to minimize guest disruptions.

Keep track of tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies, ordering more when needed.

Work with housekeeping, front desk, and management teams to address any guest issues or special requests.

Record all maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections.

Report any major issues to management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php15,600.00 per month
