Shangri-La Boracay

Located in the country's premier beach destination, Shangri-La's Boracay Resort and Spa is a luxurious and serene haven for vacationers. DUTIES

His/her primary duty is to produce the best quality food items available. He/she will work closely with the Service Leader – Kitchen to assure a smooth operation in all aspects of the Kitchen. The image of Shangri-La's Boracay Resort & Spa should be reflected at all times through fresh, correctly and hygienic prepared food to a quality of the highest standards. He/she must have a helpful attitude, extending beyond guest's expectations. It should be noted that a Service Associate - Commis will be designated in charge of any area at any time and therefore must have a full and comprehensive working knowledge of all areas within the Culinary Department

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in an International Hotel or a Reputable Restaurant is an advantage
• Must have knowledge and experience in cooking seafood cuisine.
• Knowledgeable with good practice of Hygiene and Sanitation.
• Flexible and adaptable to different working locations.
• Displays initiative and creativity.
• Guest-oriented, team player and has eye for details.
