QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or any related field.
  • With at least 2 years experience in general office works in the construction industry and willing to be trained in import works.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
  • Good in verbal and written English language, able to prepare basic business correspondence.
  • Willing to render overtime works.
  • Can start immediately.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide administrative support and business development works to the Marketing Team.
  • Import coordinator to project sites and process payments for Customs duties and taxes of shipment.
  • Process annual renewal of Importer Accreditation Permit and prepare other documentations related to importations/exportations.
  • Process annual renewal and new application for Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) Special License for bidding and awarded projects.
  • Documents controller for Marketing Team.
  • Assist in the preparation of bidding documents and other tasks instructed by Department Head.
