Job Purpose: Social Media Content Creation, Community Management, Reporting, Event Planning, and Competitor & Trend Monitoring.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content (graphics, captions, short videos, stories) across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the online community to increase brand interaction and follower growth.
  • Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, etc.), generate weekly/monthly reports, and suggest improvements based on data.
  • Support the coordination and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and brand activations.
  • Assist in on-ground execution during events, including managing the booth, distributing marketing materials, and documenting the event via photos or videos for content use.
  • Help design and prepare flyers, posters, and digital assets for social media and event use, working with designers or using tools like Canva.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, viral content, and competitor activities to recommend fresh, relevant content ideas for social media and events.

Qualification/s:

  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Ability to create and edit content, emails, and marketing materials.
  • Familiarity with online platforms, content management systems, and social media management tools
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Any prior exposure to marketing (whether through internships, previous roles, or projects) is beneficial.
  • Ability to collaborate with other team members, including graphic designers, content writers, and senior marketing managers.
  • Willing to assign in Sta. Cruz, Manila.
