We're Hiring: Trainer with Coaching Experience (MUST HAVE COACHING+TRAINING EXPERIENCE - PLEASE READ THE FULL JOB DESCRIPTION BEFORE APPLYING)

Are you someone who finds joy in mentoring others, leading training, and helping people grow in their roles? We're looking for a Trainer with Coaching Experience to join our team and guide Executive Assistants (EAs) through their transition and beyond.

In this role, you'll not only train and support EAs but also track performance, provide constructive feedback, and step in as the final line of evaluation when needed. You should be confident in making clear judgments—whether that means recognizing growth potential or establishing when someone is not the right fit for the EA role.

Location
  • Philippines (Fully Remote / Work-from-home)
  • Must be a Philippine resident with valid work authorisation
Schedule
  • Monday to Friday
  • 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST (Central Standard Time)
  • Full-Time Role
Qualifications (Non-Negotiables)
  • Must be a college graduate
  • At least 2 years of experience in coaching and training (ideally in the VA/EA or BPO space)
  • Must have primarily training experience with some coaching experience to complement training skills
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Confident giving feedback, reviewing work, and guiding others with fairness
  • Able to stay objective even in tough situations
  • Can easily adapt to changes and handle unexpected challenges calmly
  • Comfortable working with a team of fellow coaches
  • Works well independently and with others
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet work setup

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead and facilitate training sessions for Executive Assistants (EAs), including onboarding and skills development
  • Create and deliver structured training materials, guides, and resources
  • Run 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly check-ins, and progress reviews
  • Give clear feedback on communication, productivity, systems use, and daily activity levels
  • Provide performance improvement plans when growth or corrections are needed
  • Flag red flags and offer support or action steps where needed
  • Collaborate with hiring and operations teams to track EA growth and progress
  • Join weekly team calls and contribute ideas to improve the training and coaching process
  • Keep organized notes, training documentation, and progress records
  • Handle offboarding or termination calls with professionalism and empathy
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Notion, Hubstaff, and Google Workspace
