What You'll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end KOL and influencer campaigns across TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and IG Shops.
  • Build and nurture strong partnerships with mid to large-tier influencers.
  • Develop creative, platform-specific content strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data insights.
  • Stay ahead of market and beauty trends to translate them into innovative campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Has 4 to 7 years of KOL/influencer marketing experience (beauty/skincare background a plus).
  • Strong content and social media strategy skills, especially in short-form and livestream formats.
