-Graduate of BS HRM or with background in food / beverage industry

-Can handle shifting schedules

-Fast learner and with energetic and positive attitude.

-Has passion for good customer service, smiles easily and can handle customer complaints and requests promptly and effectively.

-Has leadership qualities or is teachable and capable to lead a team.

-Has capability and desire to maintain a clean, orderly and welcoming store that will delight the customers and fellow team members.

-Past work experience in a reputable coffee shop, cafe or restaurant is a big advantage.
