Job Description:

We are seeking highly motivated and goal-oriented Professional Medical Representatives to spearhead the promotion of our dermatology and critical care product lines. In this field-based role, you will be essential in expanding our market presence, fostering strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and driving sales growth across clinics and hospitals. The ideal candidate is passionate about healthcare, persuasive, and committed to achieving outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and present assigned products to healthcare professionals in clinics and hospitals.
  • Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with key accounts to enhance brand loyalty.
  • Generate and process sales orders, ensuring timely delivery and coordination with logistics teams.
  • Monitor sales performance, manage inventory, and analyze market trends to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Represent the company at medical conventions and events, managing booths and engaging with healthcare professionals.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and performance updates for review by management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Medical Sciences, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in pharmaceutical or medical sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a field-based role.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and report to the headquarters when necessary.
