And YOU might be a part of this amazing growth as our team keeps growing above all expectations Job Description As a Graphic/Web Designer, you'll be responsible for designing websites, landing pages, email templates, and marketing materials, ensuring responsive layouts and a great user experience. The role involves building HubSpot websites using the CLEAN theme and creating emails with HubSpots drag-and-drop builder (training provided). You'll also collaborate with clients through email or video calls to discuss project needs and gather feedback. Key Responsibilities Design beautiful, responsive websites, landing pages, and emails using HubSpots drag-and-drop builder (HubSpot training will be provided) Conceptualise and create engaging visual assets based on creative briefs Ensure all designs are accurate, consistent, and meet quality standards before delivery Manage projects effectively and meet deadlines Collaborate with team members and attend internal/client meetings Communicate with clients to gather requirements, present ideas, and provide updates Stay up-to-date with design software, AI tools, and industry trends Requirements Successful candidates must have: 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer and/or web designer Portfolio showcasing both graphic and web design work (personal projects welcome) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva Experience in graphic design, web design and email marketing design Solid understanding of design principles and user-centered design Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a remote environment Nice-to-have Skills Experience with CLEAN theme to build HubSpot websites Experience with HubSpots drag-and-drop builder or similar platforms Proficiency in Figma Knowledge of HTML/CSS Strong branding and visual identity skills Familiarity with AI design tools like Midjourney Degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or related field Work Arrangements Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Philippine Time) Work Setup: On-site - Be part of a collaborative and energetic team in a professional office environment.
