About the Role

We are hiring Data Analysts to join a dynamic team supporting the Lending Operations and Risk & Finance functions. The role offers a unique opportunity to work across multiple squads, contributing to data modeling, reporting automation, and risk data preparation. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data quality, support regulatory reporting, and drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analyst - Lending & Operations Focus:

  • Design and develop data models to support loan origination and execution.
  • Automate reporting processes (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers to build and enhance databases.
  • Identify opportunities to improve KPIs and customer experience.

Data Analyst - Risk & Finance Focus:

  • Prepare and analyze data for credit risk modeling (PD, LGD, EAD, IFRS9).
  • Conduct data quality checks and root cause analysis.
  • Support UAT and validation of data sharing mechanisms.
  • Document functional requirements based on internal and external regulations.

Tools & Technologies

  • Must-Have: SQL, SAS (4GL), Excel, Confluence
  • Nice-to-Have: Bash, Git/GitLab, Jenkins, Power BI, RPA tools

What We're Looking For

  • Over 4 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in banking or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
  • Experience in regulatory reporting, risk data, or lending operations.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
