Laboratory Receptionist (Shifting Schedule)

Shifts: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM/ 8:00 AM–5:00 PM/ 10:00 AM–7:00 PM/10:00 PM–7:00 AM

Job Summary

The Laboratory Receptionist provides frontline support by assisting patients, receiving laboratory requests, and ensuring accurate and timely data entry. This role helps maintain smooth workflow in the laboratory and delivers excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients at the laboratory front desk.
  • Register patients and verify details in the hospital system.
  • Process laboratory requests and print specimen labels.
  • Manage patient queue and coordinate with medtechs for STAT or priority cases.
  • Answer inquiries regarding lab services and test preparations.
  • Maintain orderly reception area and ensure accuracy in documentation.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any Allied Health Science course, STEM strand, or Business course.
  • Must be dedicated, hardworking, and able to work under pressure.
  • Customer service or hospital experience is an advantage.
  • Computer-literate and adaptable to fast-paced work environments.
  • Willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php14, Php15,500.00 per month
