VETERINARY RECEPTIONIST

Job Description: Responsible for welcoming and entertaining clients; responds to client inquiries thru face-to-face, online, or telephone inquiries and reservations and coordinates with veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and/or veterinary assistants. Prepares patient files and carries out administrative tasks such as but not limited to inventory and merchandise display control and monitoring.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answering telephone calls and returning e-mails.
• Scheduling appointments using our designated software.
• Informing the veterinarian on a call of any emergencies that require urgent attention.
• Issuing invoices for treatment and prescribed medication after each consultation.
• Receiving and verifying payments after each consultation.
• Monitoring the inventory of items for sale by the practice and restocking these, as needed.
• Overseeing the sale of items stocked by the practice.
• Coordinating with courier services and laboratories to ensure that samples are delivered and collected on time.
• Has the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Greets clients in reception, and checks them in, client form/waiver
• Ensures record is updated and correct, reminders accurate.
• Receiving delivery and monitoring of inventory.
• Makes daily sales monitoring reports.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be of legal age.
• With or without experience are welcome.
• Animal lover.
• At least, 2 years in college.
• Intermediate computer proficiency.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Has the capacity to work shifts on weekends and public holidays, as needed.

Job Type: Temporary

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From Php14,085.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Cebu City 6000 P07: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Veterinary Receptionist: 1 year (Preferred)
