(Shifting Schedule)

• 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
• 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
• 10:00 PM–7:00 AM

The Laboratory Receptionist assists patients, processes laboratory requests, and ensures accurate data entry to support smooth laboratory operations. The role requires excellent customer service, reliability, and the ability to work well under pressure.

• Greet and assist patients at the laboratory front desk.
• Register and verify patient information in the hospital system.
• Process laboratory requests, issue specimen labels, and manage patient queues.
• Coordinate with medtechs for STAT or priority cases.
• Address patient inquiries regarding laboratory services and test preparations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
• Perform additional hospital-related tasks assigned by management as needed.

• Graduate of any Allied Health Science course, STEM strand, or Business course.
• Must be dedicated, hardworking, and able to work under pressure.
• Must be willing to work on any shifting schedule; cannot choose or request a fixed schedule.
• Must be willing to perform any additional tasks assigned related to hospital operations.
• Customer service or hospital experience is an advantage.
• Computer-literate and able to adapt to fast-paced environments.
