This is a remote position.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (EST)
Client Timezone: Eastern Standard Time (EST)
Total Weekly Hours: 20 Hours

Responsibilities

  • Create Instagram posts and social media content from scratch

  • Edit reels and video content for multiple client accounts

  • Design graphics and visual content using tools like Canva

  • Manage email outreach to brands for influencer partnership opportunities

  • Support talent management by identifying and contacting potential brand partners

  • Develop email templates and execute outreach campaigns to brands such as Nike, Adidas, Dove, Native, Walmart, Ulta Beauty, and Target

  • Assist with brokering deals between influencers and brands

  • Handle general social media management tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Strong creative and artistic abilities

  • Proven graphic design experience

  • Experience with social media management and content creation

  • Proficiency with design tools, especially Canva

  • Video editing skills for reels and social content

  • Ability to work independently and think creatively

  • Experience with email management and outreach (preferred)
