As a CSR in Dental Services, you will play a key role in assisting our patients with their inquiries, appointment scheduling, and ensuring they receive the highest level of care and support. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails from patients, answering questions regarding dental services, treatments, and appointments.
- Appointment Scheduling: Assist patients in booking, rescheduling, or confirming appointments with dental professionals.
- Patient Information Management: Accurately input and maintain patient records in our system.
- Billing & Insurance: Assist with basic billing inquiries, verifying patient insurance information, and processing payments.
- Product & Service Knowledge: Provide accurate information regarding the clinic's dental services, treatments, and products.
- Problem Solving: Address patient concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating issues as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (dental team, administration) to ensure smooth service delivery and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Graduate / College Level or Graduate (preferred).
- Experience: No prior experience required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Skills:
Strong communication skills (oral and written).
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems is a plus).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Customer-Centric: A passion for helping people and providing excellent customer service.
- Preferred: Some experience in a healthcare, dental, or customer service-related role, trainable and has an open personality to learning a new line of business.
