Job Qualifications:

  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.

  2. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  3. Preferably 1-4 Years Experienced Employee specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.

  4. Very high attention to details;

  5. Knowledge in basic system/computer trouble shooting;

  6. Proficient in English;

Brief Description of the Job:

  1. Data entry in Excel to input lists, records, or other data points into an electronic format from WMS.

  2. Validates data by reviewing, correcting, deleting or reentering data and resolves discrepancies efficiently by using standard procedures.

  3. Cross verify and collaborate with Lead or in WMS on a regular basis.

  4. Maintains a positive relationship, communicates effectively and respectfully with leads and supervisors.

  5. Maintains highest level of employee confidentiality with the employee User ID and production rate, etc.

  6. Flow per Hour (FPH) and Carton Reports run, save, and send out hourly.

  7. Efficiency of personnel operations on a daily basis from WMS, export into Excel spreadsheet and analyze it.

  8. Research and resolve packing discrepancies, logging results in Excel spreadsheet.

  9. Print store and container labels.

  10. Research & Analyze the extracted information from WMS.

  11. Developing & Documenting data warehouse operations & tasks.

  12. Support development of operational reports.

  13. Follows procedures set up in the Distribution Center and makes recommendations for improvements as needed.

  14. All duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
