General and Administrative Services for SJGI building (Corporate Office), Leased Properties, owned properties of the group of companies and Family Residences

  • Maintenance and Repairs
  • Anticipate potential or future problems involving structures, equipment, wiring that may pose dangers to health and safety within the properties being managed.
  • Assess damages and recommend the best and cost-efficient ways to repair
  • Conduct regular maintenance check-ups to insure that facilities are in proper order

Facilities Management

  • Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and safety standards.
  • Ensures the preventive maintenance and prompt repair of electrical and lighting, plumbing, air conditioning, telephone systems, and other equipment and facilities of SJGI are coordinated with CVM Realty and/or third-party contractors.
  • Evaluates proposals from third party contractors and monitors quality and speed of service.

1. Other duties

  • Performs Ad Hoc Duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Qualification:

  • High School Graduate or college level
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience in a similar role
  • knowledge in Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Roofing, etc.
