
Customer Service Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY:
The Customer Service Coordinator ensures that the needs of each customer are attended to efficiently, with prompt and engaging responses. The agent must be able to communicate well the product details and services of the company. S/He shall establish a good working relationship with the customers and increase sale production in line with the company's mission and vision.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
I. CUSTOMER SERVICE
1. Communicates with followers, monitor customer reviews, and respond to queries promptly through social media accounts (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, and Viber)
2. Creatively attract customers to increase sale production in line with the company's mission and vision.
3. Coordinates with various departments and the Procurement Associate / Purchasing & Logistics Department to ensure the flow of stocks from stores/warehouse to the customer
4. Creates master files (PUS) and inventory monitoring for web store use
5. Provide extensive product knowledge and services of the company
II. MARKETING COMMUNICATION AND INITIATIVES
Coordinates with the brand or marketing executive to ensure consistency with all marketing communication strategies
Assist in developing effective digital media campaigns
Ensure that content and requirements required for all communication channels are followed and within the guidelines set forth by the department.
Write copy for diverse marketing distribution (social media queries, emails)
III. GENERAL
Maintains the confidentiality of all information and documents he/she has access to inside the Company
Adheres to the standards set by the Company on work attitude and ethics, proper uniform, and performance, including the TOP Vision, Mission, and Values
Maintains the confidentiality of all matters pertinent to TOP
Performs other tasks that may be deemed necessary by the superior from time to time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
