Job Description

As a Jr. AR Accountant, you will manage third-party payments, maintain accurate records, and perform reconciliations across multiple properties. You will ensure precision in every transaction, support financial clarity, and contribute to seamless operations through reliable accounting processes.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in high-volume payments
  • Team-focused with strong performance in Accounts Receivable
  • Ability to work effectively across teams and take ownership of tasks
  • Strong time management skills to meet deadlines

Your Daily Tasks

  • Enter ACH payments for third-party platforms such as Airbnb, Expedia, and
  • Identify and document discrepancies and inaccuracies in the system to share with internal teams
  • Complete weekly and monthly reconciliations for each property
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
