Department: Logistics Department

Reports to: Logistics Supervisor & Accounting Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

  • Request, verify, and monitor materials needed for project implementation.
  • Schedule and coordinate delivery of materials to project sites.
  • Check and verify quality and quantity of stones and other materials prior to installation.
  • Monitor daily reports from installers and ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Document and file quality check reports and other project-related documentation.
  • Maintain and organize installers' records and documents.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, installers, and internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the project implementation team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field (preferred but not required).
  • At least 1 year of experience in project coordination, logistics, or construction-related role (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may also apply).
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Work Setup & Schedule

  • Onsite at G/F YMC Building, 2320 Chino Roces Ave. Ext., Magallanes, Makati
  • Mondays to Saturdays - 9:00AM to 6:00PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
