About the role

Seeking a talented Site Acquisition Specialist to join the Prince Retail Group of Companies' team in Mandaue City, Cebu. This full-time role will be responsible for identifying and securing strategic retail and property development sites to support the company's ambitious growth plans.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively research and identify potential retail and property development sites that align with the company's expansion strategy
  2. Engage with landowners, brokers, and other stakeholders to negotiate lease or purchase arrangements for suitable sites
  3. Prepare comprehensive site acquisition proposals, including financial analysis, risk assessments, and implementation plans
  4. Collaborate with the development, leasing, and legal teams to ensure a seamless site acquisition process
  5. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
  6. Maintain detailed records and provide regular progress updates to senior management

What we're looking for

  1. Proven track record in site acquisition or real estate investment, preferably within the retail or property development industry
  2. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
  3. Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills, with a keen eye for detail
  4. Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
